Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Alamo3DResins sells consumable materials that are sensitive to handling, storage conditions, and contamination. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at guillermo.ramirez@alamo3dresins.com. Include:
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Photos of the product and packaging
We will evaluate the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Shipping Issues
Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. However, if your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Opened or used products
Products damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery
